Injection Molding Robots
Discuss injection molding robots around the removal and transfer of your molded component. YOMATO robot listings include KAW, KAS, KA and KAF families for equipment enquiries.

Describe the part at the removal position
The handling task begins where the component is released from the mould. Provide a drawing and show its orientation, support points and any runner arrangement involved in removal. Identify surfaces that affect gripping or presentation to the next operation. Include the open tool arrangement and the space around the machine. This information helps explain the movement the robot must carry out and gives the handling conversation a clear starting position.

Connect the robot to the machine and mould
Provide the injection molding machine identification, installation layout and tool opening information. Describe where the robot can approach and which surrounding items limit that access. Include the machine connection information available for the configuration discussion. If the tool changes between products, explain those differences in the brief. Keep the mould and component drawings together so the equipment conversation addresses the complete removal arrangement rather than the outside dimensions of the finished part alone.

Give the transfer a destination and orientation
Removal from the mould is only part of the robot task. Show where the component is placed and describe the orientation required there. The destination might involve a conveyor or another handling position within the production arrangement. Identify any further operations that affect how the part needs to be presented. Include the routes used by personnel and the access needed for tool changes on the same layout as the proposed robot movement.

Prepare a handling enquiry across the range
KAW, KAS, KA and KAF listings provide family names for the initial discussion. Select around the actual task by sending the machine details, component drawing, tool information and planned transfer route. Explain existing equipment you want to retain and the scope of any new handling arrangement. Include the site and utility information available for the project. A configuration enquiry built around those inputs is more useful than choosing a family name before describing the movement.
Where the part must be presented for another operation, include that station in the drawing. Identify the orientation at handover so removal and transfer can be discussed as a continuous handling task.
