CONNECTED PRODUCTION / TURNKEY
Die Casting Turnkey Project
Plan a die casting turnkey project around the component, tooling and flow of material through the cell. Bring the machine, melt supply, auxiliary equipment and downstream work into one layout discussion.

Define the production task at the part level
Begin with the part drawing, alloy and the condition required after casting. Identify which operations belong within the proposed cell and which take place elsewhere. Explain whether the project starts with a new mould or uses existing tooling. If several components are involved, provide their separate requirements so the discussion can account for changes of tool and handling arrangement. A clear production brief gives the equipment selection a consistent starting point throughout the project.

Put every equipment function on the layout
A casting cell may bring together the press, furnace, ladler, sprayer, extractor and conveyor. Temperature control, release agent mixing and hydraulic trimming can extend the scope. Place the intended functions on a floor plan and show how material moves between them. Identify service routes and the approach for installing tools. Include the equipment you plan to retain. The drawing should make the work sequence understandable before individual equipment positions are treated as fixed.

Review the connections between operations
The transition from one operation to another deserves as much attention as the equipment itself. Describe how molten metal reaches the machine, how the casting clears the die and where the part is supported downstream. Identify the connection information available for existing equipment and the utility arrangements at the site. Share any restrictions that affect movement or installation. Those details help turn a list of machines into a conversation about how the proposed cell will operate together.

Set a clear quotation and support scope
YOMATO support includes selection consultation, product inspection and trial operation, packaging, logistics, customs declaration and operation and maintenance training. For a turnkey enquiry, explain which equipment and support activities you want included. Send the project location, available site information and component drawings together. Discuss order quantity and delivery requirements as part of the quotation. A defined scope allows the proposal to address the machine, tooling and connected equipment against the same production brief.
Mark the boundary of the proposed cell on the floor plan. Show incoming material and outgoing parts so the project scope includes a defined handover to the rest of production.
