Describe the tool surfaces that need access

The die drawing should show the parting direction, cavity arrangement and features that influence the spraying approach. Include slides, projecting connections and the available opening around the tool. A sprayer configuration discussion needs that working envelope as well as the casting machine identification. Explain where access is restricted and how the equipment will approach both sides of the mould. Keep the installed tool position on the same layout as the proposed sprayer position.

02 / SERIES

Relate the spraying operation to the cell sequence

Spraying occupies the open-tool area that extraction equipment also uses. Describe the intended order of operations and the route taken by the removed casting. The relationship between those movements matters when planning the arrangement around the press. Include any conveyor, trimming station or manual handling position nearby. If the project adds spraying equipment to an existing cell, identify the equipment and floor positions that must remain, together with the connections available at the machine.

03 / SERIES

Connect the supply arrangement to the sprayer

YOMATO offers auto sprayers and release agent auto mixers in its auxiliary equipment range. Discuss the spray supply and its routing alongside the equipment that reaches the die. Show where the supply equipment will be located and where hoses or other connections enter the working area. Include the release agent information relevant to your process discussion. Describe current preparation and handling arrangements if the enquiry concerns a replacement or an extension of an established cell.

Prepare a practical spraying equipment enquiry

Send the casting machine model, tool drawings, alloy and proposed equipment layout. Explain the spraying task and any access constraints around the die. Include photographs that show the open mould and existing auxiliary positions where available. State whether extraction, mixing or other cell equipment is included in the project. A shared brief for those functions helps the configuration discussion stay connected to the actual casting process and the room available around the machine.

Where tool faces differ between jobs, provide the relevant drawings separately. Describe how changeovers affect the approach to the die and the access required around the spraying equipment during setup.
