Follow the metal from the furnace to the machine

A cold chamber cell needs a planned route from the molten metal supply to the shot sleeve. YOMATO offers melting and holding furnaces alongside auto ladlers. Describe the alloy, furnace position and feeding approach together rather than treating the ladler as an isolated purchase. Include the space used for servicing and replenishing the furnace. The layout should explain where the metal moves and which access routes must remain available around that operation.

02 / SERIES

Give die preparation its own working envelope

An auto sprayer approaches the open die, while a release agent mixer supports the preparation of the spray supply. Mould temperature controllers form another part of the equipment discussion around the tooling. Show the die faces, hoses, connections and the approach used by the spraying equipment. Identify where manual access is needed. These details help relate the selected auxiliaries to the actual tool and the space around the moving platen.

03 / SERIES

Connect extraction with conveying and trimming

An auto extractor removes the casting from the die. A conveyor can carry it onward, and a hydraulic trimming press can address trimming and deburring of die-cast parts. Plan those functions as a sequence. Explain where the part is supported, where it changes direction and which operations occur next. Include the casting and runner geometry in the handling discussion so equipment selection addresses the component that leaves the die, including the material removed downstream.

Keep consumables and interfaces in the equipment brief

Plunger tips and spray guns are also part of the YOMATO die casting auxiliary range. For a replacement item, describe the existing interface and provide a drawing or identification information. For a new cell, show the machine, furnace, tooling and auxiliary positions on a shared floor plan. Separate equipment you want to retain from equipment you want to discuss. This gives the enquiry a practical scope and helps connect each proposed item to a clearly described job.

Use the component route to check the equipment list: molten metal arrives, the die is prepared, the casting leaves and material moves downstream. Give every proposed auxiliary a defined place in that sequence.
