METAL FORMING / PRESS MACHINES
High Speed Press Machine
Explore the high speed press machine category for punching projects. YOMATO product listings include APA, APC and APE equipment; begin with the part, material and tooling task.

Define the operation performed by the press
Describe the component before choosing a press category. Include the material, drawing and the operation the tooling will carry out. Identify where the work enters the press and how the finished part leaves. If the project replaces equipment, explain the current arrangement and the constraints you need to preserve. The APA, APC and APE range discussion should remain connected to that production task rather than to a model designation in isolation.

Bring the tooling requirements into the enquiry
The press and its tool need to be considered together. Provide the tooling envelope, mounting information and working arrangement where available. Explain the movements and access needed around the workpiece. Include any established feeding method and how the material is supported. A tooling drawing makes those requirements clearer and gives the equipment discussion a physical reference. If tooling is being developed, describe the operation and the installation questions that the project needs to resolve.
03 / SERIES
Map feeding and removal around the work area
Show the material route into the press and the destination of the produced part. Include existing handling equipment and the floor area available for the proposed installation. Identify the access required for tool changes, operation and service. If the project involves a connected process, explain the operations before and after punching. This gives the layout discussion enough context to consider the press as part of the actual production arrangement at your site.

Separate punching from casting trim requirements
A high speed punching project and a hydraulic die casting trimming project begin with different tooling tasks. Describe the process you need in the initial message so the enquiry reaches the relevant equipment discussion. Send the part drawing, material, tooling information and project location together. Add the purchasing scope and any existing equipment details. Request a quotation around the proposed configuration, with order quantity and delivery requirements included in the same conversation.
Explain the condition of the incoming material and identify the point at which the pressed component leaves the proposed scope. This keeps the feeding, tooling and removal discussion aligned with the production task.
