SYSEQUIPMENT / SELECTION

01 / SERIES

Start the selection with the plastic component

A useful injection molding enquiry explains the component and the material it will use. Provide the part drawing, polymer designation and any functional or finishing requirements. Identify the surfaces and features that matter to assembly or later processing. Explain whether the project uses an existing mould or includes new tooling. These inputs give the equipment conversation a consistent task to address across the SK, SM, PET and HD range discussion.

02 / SERIES

Describe the mould as an installed assembly

The mould envelope and its operating movements belong beside the part drawing. Include its mounting arrangement, opening direction and method of releasing the molded component. Connections, projecting features and the approach for loading the tool can influence the installation discussion. Provide the existing machine interface where the project involves a replacement. Keep tooling information clearly separated from the finished part dimensions so the proposed equipment can be discussed around the complete assembly.

03 / SERIES

Connect material preparation and part handling

Plastic auxiliary equipment can support material loading, drying, dehumidifying, mixing and cooling. YOMATO also lists injection molding robots for part handling. Describe which functions the project needs and identify existing equipment that will remain in use. Show the material route into the machine and the route taken by the molded part after removal. A connected layout gives the equipment brief more practical detail than a machine category name on its own.

04 / SERIES

Make the range enquiry comparable

Use the same polymer, component and mould information when discussing different injection molding options. Include available utilities, intended site and floor arrangement. Explain whether the scope covers the machine alone or includes material preparation and handling equipment. Ask for the configuration to be discussed against that brief. Provide order quantity and delivery requirements with the quotation request, and keep the proposed tooling and auxiliary equipment scope visible throughout the conversation.

If the component is supplied as a family of related parts, distinguish their moulds and material requirements. Describe any planned tool changes so the equipment discussion reflects the intended use of the installation.
